Youths beat up Kano House Of Representatives member over non-performance

A member of the All Progressives Congress representing Dawakin Tofa/Tofa and Rimin Gado Federal Constituency in Kano State, Tijjani Abdulkadir Jobe, was allegedly attacked by offended youths in his constituency.

In accordance Sahara Reporters, the youths reportedly attacked Jobe after accusing him of not delivering the dividends of democracy to them.

The alleged incident occurred on Sunday, October 11, when Jobe went to inagurate a challenge at Gulu, a village beneath Rimin Gado Native Authorities Space.

The publication provides that the lawmaker was crushed to a pulp by the youth, who accused him of constructing false guarantees for a few years with out fulfilling them.

“He was given extreme beating by the offended youth on Sunday.

“They mentioned they attacked him due to his faux guarantees for a few years,” the report mentioned.
