‘With Ize-Iyamu Edo might be in protected arms’

No fewer than 2,000 members of the Peoples Democratic Occasion (PDP) in Etsako West Native Authorities are set to defect to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

They stated on Monday in Benin that with the centered governorship candidate of APC, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu and his operating mate, Mallam Gani Audu, an eminent son of Etsako West Native Authorities; Edo State could be in protected arms from November 12.

The PDP defectors minimize throughout the six clans of Etsako West Native Authorities comprising Auchi, Uzairue, Aviele, South Ibie, Anwain and Jagbe.

The PDP members, by means of their spokesman, Prince Yakubu Isah, advised reporters that they have been uninterested in the propaganda of the Godwin Obaseki administration.

They stated: “Now we have studied the administration of Obaseki in nearly 4 years and are available to the conclusion that it’s a colossal failure.

“At a time, we have been hopeful that our social gathering, the PDP, would salvage what was left of the state, by producing the subsequent governor to show issues round, however we have been dumbfounded that the PDP leaders compromised and accommodated Obaseki.

“So, we’re left with no alternative however to align with our son, Hon. Gani Audu, the operating mate to Pastor Ize-Iyamu.”
