The West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) has debunked examination timetable circulating in Nigeria.
An alleged timetable for 2020 WAEC had circulated on social media over the weekend.
Studies had it that the timetable was launched shortly after the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, introduced the resumption of faculties within the State.
Recall that Governor Sanwo-Olu had introduced that the reopening colleges for college kids in “transitional lessons.”
He directed college students in Fundamental Six, JSS three and SS3 to renew on August third 2020.
However reacting to an inquiry by a Twitter person recognized as Jamiu Kazeem Babatunde, WAEC mentioned the timetable didn’t emanate from it.
Jamiu Kazeem Babatunde@Jaykaybabs wrote, “I might love if WAEC can attend to this query of circulating schedule.
Responding @waecnigeria mentioned, “ WAEC didn’t launch the timetable in circulation. As you’ll be able to see, it was a timetable we had used for a earlier examination. Please, disregard it.”
