Vet docs remanded for supplying army uniform to rustlers

A Chief Magistrates Court docket has ordered that two veterinary docs, Napas Kefas and Caleb Gavers, be remanded in a Division of State Providers (DSS) facility for allegedly supplying army camouflage uniform to armed bandits.

The suspects will stay in custody until July 27 when Justice of the Peace Nasiru Muazu guidelines on their bail utility.

Prosecutors stated the 2 males, aside from offering army uniform to rustlers, additionally handled animals stolen in Niger and Zamfara states.

The vet docs reportedly admitted being engaged by one Dogo Gadi, an alleged cattle rustler, to deal with his animals, however denied ever assembly him, besides talking with him on the telephone. Additionally they claimed to be unaware that he was a rustler.
