The Director of the Kaduna State Fireplace Service, Mr Paul Aboi, has mentioned seventy-six individuals died in 615 fireplace incidents recorded within the state in 2020.
The Director disclosed this on Tuesday throughout an interview with the newsmen, NAN studies.
He mentioned 139 individuals have been injured within the fireplace incidents, whereas 85 individuals have been rescued.
Aboi mentioned the state misplaced greater than N2.5 billion to the hearth outbreaks, whereas properties price N5 billion have been salvaged.
