Two males, Peter Anyakorah, 40 and Samuel Ekanem, 40, on Tuesday have been arraigned at an Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court docket, for allegedly beating a 10-year-old pupil.
The Prosecutor, ASP Victor Eruada, advised the court docket that the defendants dedicated the offences on Nov. 19, 2020 about 11.00 a.m., at St. Anthony Worldwide Faculty in Ijaye, Lagos State.
Eruada stated the defendants beat the boy, Timileyin Adeyemi, with a stick throughout his physique, which triggered him accidents.
He stated the offences contravened the provisions of sections 411 and 173 of the Legal Regulation of Lagos State, 2015.
The duo are going through a two-count cost of conspiracy and assault.
They, nonetheless, pleaded not responsible to the costs.
