Rivers government obtains court order to stop NLC, TUC protest

The Rivers State Authorities has obtained an Order of Interim Injunction to restrain the Nigerian Labour Congress, NLC from calling out staff on industrial motion.

State Commissioner for Data and Communications, Paulinus Nsirim whereas briefing newsmen in Port Harcourt, mentioned the NLC has been duly served with the Court docket Order.

He acknowledged that Rivers State Authorities believes within the rule of regulation and would obey it to the latter within the subsisting matter.
