Reps transfer to sue Akpabio for perjury

The Home of Representatives has initiated strikes to sue Minister for Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Akpabio for perjury.

Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila stated at plenary on Thursday he has instructed the Clerk to have interaction legal professionals to file the swimsuit after the Minister failed to reply to the Home request to publish the checklist of members who acquired contracts from the Niger Delta Growth Fee(NCDC).

Gbajabiamila vowed he is not going to preside over the Home and permit anyone tarnish its picture for no matter purpose.
