The Enugu State Police Command has stated that no fewer than 3,700 candidates have been screened for police constable jobs within the State within the just-concluded bodily and credential screening.
The state’s Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), ASP Daniel Ndukwe, in an announcement on Wednesday stated that the screening which lasted for 16 days, coated candidates from 17 Native Authorities Areas of the state.
“A breakdown of the three,700 candidates screened per native authorities space exhibits that Aninri (127), Awgu (239), Enugu East (64), Enugu North (60), Enugu South (108), Ezeagu (312), Igbo-Eze North (340), Igbo-Eze South (340) and Igbo-Etiti (258) candidates.
“Whereas Isi-Uzo (186), Nkanu East (111), Nkanu West (179), Nsukka, Oji-River (317), Udenu (161), Udi (253) and Uzo-Uwani (337) candidates,’’ he stated.
Additionally, the Head of the Screening Workforce, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mr Stanley Ude, counseled members of the crew for his or her efforts and dedication all through the interval of the train.
