Police arrest suspected notorious kidnapper, Ibrahim in Katsina, rescue three victims

The police in Katsina State, on Thursday, confirmed the arrest of a infamous member of bandits and kidnap for ransom syndicate, Abubakar Ibrahim, 19, at Rugu forest.

SP Gambo Isah, the police spokesman, who disclosed this in a press release in Katsina, mentioned that the syndicate, have been terrorizing individuals in Batsari, Safana, Damnusa and Kurfi Native Authorities Areas within the state.
