The Nigerian Safety and Civil Defence corps, NSCDC, has arrested two suspects for allegedly gang-rapping a 17-year-old lady in Jigawa State.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at about 4:00 AM at Gidan Ruwa Quarters in Kazaure Native Authorities Space of Jigawa.
The suspects have been recognized as Abubakar Usman, 18 years and Ya’u Sa’idu, 20 years, who connived and gained illegal entry into the household home of the sufferer.
DAILY POST learnt that the suspects met the sufferer whereas asleep in her room together with her two sisters, tied her palms up, lined her mouth and forcefully had carnal information of her.
One of many sufferer’s sisters, who awoke as a result of struggles, raised the alarm and the suspects took to their heels and one of many suspects was acknowledged.
Spokesman of the NSCDC command SC Adamu Shehu confirmed the incident to DAILY POST.
He stated medical report indicated forceful penetration and infections across the vaginal space of the sufferer.
Adamu stated the suspects had confessed to the allegation and have been charged to courtroom.
