NDLEA arraigns artisan over alleged drug trafficking

The Nationwide Drug Regulation Enforcement Company (NDLEA) on Monday arraigned a 35-year-old man, Azeez Moshood, earlier than a Federal Excessive Court docket in Lagos, for trafficking Hashish.

The prosecutor, Mr Jeremiah Aernan, informed the court docket that the defendant dedicated the offences on Sept. 20.

Delivering Judgement, Justice Maureen Onyetenu granted the defendant bail within the sum of N10 million, with two sureties in like sum.

She mentioned the sureties have to be civil servants of grade-level 16, and adjourned the case till Feb. 17 and Feb. 18, 2021, for trial, NAN reviews.
