A Kano Chief Magistrates’ Court docket on Tuesday, remanded a 35-year-old carpenter, Balarabe Usaini, within the state Correctional Centre for allegedly defiling a 12-year-old woman.
The prosecutor, Insp. Pogu Lale, whereas presenting the case, instructed the court docket that the defendant dedicated the offence on July 29 at Ungwa Uku Kano.
