Man pours sizzling water on nursing spouse’s b.r.e.a.s.t.s in Enugu

One Emmanuel Opoku, who allegedly poured sizzling water on his spouse’s two b.r.e.a.s.t s, has been remanded by a Justice of the Peace’s court docket sitting in Enugu South Native Authorities Space of Enugu State.

The accused was charged with assault occasioning grievous bodily hurt on his spouse, who’s nursing a toddler on the time of the incident.

Based on the cost sheet, No: MES/ 226 c/ 20, Mr. Opoku unlawfully poured sizzling water on Mrs. Opoku’s two b.r.e.a.s.t.s, which brought about her grievous bodily hurt and thereby dedicated an offence punishable beneath Part 290 of the Felony Code Cap 30 Vol. II, Revised Legal guidelines of Enugu State of Nigeria, 2004.
