A youthful man pleaded responsible to stealing his feminine employer’s panties and promoting them for Ksh100 every to an aged man in Machakos.
The youthful suspect and his confederate had been arraigned on the Kithimani Regulation Courts.
Whereas the youthful suspect, Boniface Mwania Michael, pleaded responsible to the offence, the aged man, Nicholas Nguli Kithale, denied the allegations.
Kithimani Senior Resident Justice of the Peace Gilbert Sikwe heard that on totally different dates, Mwania, a houseboy, stole six underwear belonging to his employer, Rose Mueni Kimonye, from her residence in Kwakitema Village in Yatta, Machakos County, Kenya and bought them to Nguli.
The courtroom was informed that Mwania stole the panties from Mueni’s lavatory each time she would go away them there after having a shower.
Additionally stolen, had been a T-shirt, Mueni’s shirt and boxer belonging to Mueni’s husband, all valued at Ksh2,000.
Mwania was promoting the intimate garments to Nguli, who allegedly used them for witchcraft functions.

Nguli, who pleaded not responsible to the costs pressed in opposition to him, was freed on a Ksh2,000 money bail. He’ll seem earlier than the Justice of the Peace on September 15, 2020.
