Man, 60, rapes 13-year-old in Delta

POLICE in Delta State have arrested a person for allegedly raping a 13-year-old woman in Ovwian, Udu council space of the state.

The suspect, 60, was reportedly arrested by a group from the Ovwian/Aladja Police Division.

Based on experiences, the suspect allegedly defiled {the teenager} in his house after engaging her with some cash.

Police spokesman DSP Onome Onovwakpoyeya, confirmed the event on Monday, including that the command was investigating the matter.
