After spending 4 days in kidnappers’ den, the Chief Medical Director of Common Hospital, Idoani, Ondo State, Dr. Olufemi Adeogun, and two different victims on Thursday evening regained their freedom.
It was gathered that the three medical employees who have been kidnapped by gunmen at Idoani in Ose Native Authorities Space of Ondo state have been freed following the cost of N4.5m ransom.
Recall that the kidnapped victims have been kidnapped on their strategy to Owo whereas coming back from their workplace in Idonai.
Based on a household supply, the abductors who had earlier demanded N100m from the households of the victims later agreed to scale back the ransom following a sequence of negotiation.
The household supply disclosed that the ransom was positioned in a forest between Idoani and Ipele city after strolling within the bush for over 4 hours following the abductor’s directions.
He mentioned the abductors confirmed receipt of the cash earlier than the victims have been launched round 10pm on Thursday evening.
