Ivory Coast President Ouattara wins third term amid controversy

The President of Ivory Coast, Alassane Ouattara has been declared winner of the presidential ballot.

Ibrahime Coulibaly-Kuibiert, head of the electoral fee, made the announcement in a broadcast Tuesday morning.
