Senate President Ahmad Lawan has refuted claims that he acquired N2billion to verify the second time period of former Impartial Nationwide Electoral Fee (INEC) chairman, Mahmood Yakubu.
He challenged “the sponsors of the false publication to offer no matter proof that they will in assist of their glib claims.”
The lawmaker’s response was contained in an announcement on Thursday by his Particular Adviser on Media, Ola Awoniyi.
Lawan famous that purveyors of the faux information have been being the allegation.
