PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday articulated his administration’s plan to carry 100 million Nigerians out of poverty within the subsequent 10 years.
The President spoke in a video message to a high-level assembly of the United Nations (UN) Normal Meeting on poverty eradication.
