The Niger State Authorities on Thursday sacked 80 civil servants for allegedly inserting themselves on salaries above their present standing.
Hajiya Salamatu Abubakar, the state Head of Service, throughout a press convention in Minna, disclosed that their dismissal was accepted by the state Govt Council at its assembly on Thursday.
The Head of Service defined that these affected have been uncovered by the wage committee earlier arrange by the state Governor, Sani Bello.
Abubakar added that the officers positioned themselves on allowances above their present standing and entitlements.
