Finish SARS protest resurfaced in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital on Friday, as protesters blocked the Okemosan-Kuto street.
That is coming regardless of Governor Dapo Abiodun’s attraction on Wednesday, asking them to permit authorities implement the police reforms.
As early as 8 am, the protesters converged on the NNPC junction, inflicting heavy gridlock as they chanted, “Finish SARS!”
The youths mentioned they won’t cease the protest till authorities yields to their calls for.
In the meantime, the Ogun State Site visitors Compliance and Enforcement Corps has suggested motorists to make use of different routes with a purpose to keep away from the gridlock.

“For commuters coming from and going in direction of Oke-Mosan and Kobape/Interchange axis, ply Kuto-Isabo-Ijaiye-Iyana/Mortuary-Kemta/Olokuta-Judges Quarters-Oke/Mosan-Siun/Kobape and vice-versa;
“Kuto-Isabo-Ijaiye-Iyana/Mortuary-Abiolaway-Lukosi-Federal Excessive court-Oke-Mosan-Kobape-Siun-interchange and vice versa.
“Any inconveniences is very regretted please,” he mentioned.
