Elders urge members to withdraw fits

Ekiti State All Progressives Congress (APC) Elders Discussion board has appealed to aggrieved members to withdraw their circumstances towards the chapter.

In addition they urged them to stop the media struggle, pending the intervention of the elders within the disaster.

Rising from its assembly at Igbara-Odo, the discussion board, led by Chief George Akosile, stated members ought to resolve their variations by obeying President Muhammadu Buhari’s recommendation that aggrieved chieftains ought to sheathe their swords.

A communiqué signed by Akosile and the discussion board Secretary, Chief Abiodun Ajayi, stated the intra-party disaster can have an effect on the fortunes of the APC in future elections.

The discussion board added: “We enchantment to aggrieved APC members to cease media publications and litigations, so as to not give alternatives to our political opponents to destroy our celebration in Ekiti State.”
