EFCC arrests brothers, 6 others in Osogbo

The Financial and Monetary Crimes Fee (EFCC) has arrested eight suspected web fraudsters in Osogbo, Osun State.

EFCC spokesman, Wilson Uwajuren made this identified in a press release on Thursday in Ibadan.

Among the many suspects have been two brothers. They have been nabbed throughout an early morning raid on their hideout at Ayegbami.

The fee saved surveillance for days after receiving intelligence about their alleged use of the web for legal acts.

Gadgets recovered included two vehicles, laptops and telephones.

The assertion added that they’d be charged after investigation.
