The Christian Affiliation of Nigeria (CAN), Edo State chapter, on Wednesday, introduced that fasting and prayers will likely be held on Sept. 16, for the conduct of a peaceable election within the state.
The Chairman of the affiliation, Bishop Oyonnude Kure, who tagged the occasion, “The Unbeatable God”, mentioned this whereas briefing newsmen in Benin forward of the governorship election slated for Sept. 19.
Kure mentioned there was the necessity for the heads of blocs and God fearing folks within the state to come back collectively in a single voice to hunt the face of God to keep away from bloodshed and violence.
