COVID-19: 1,100 deaths recorded in Nigeria

At the least 1,100 COVID-19 associated deaths have now been recorded in Nigeria.

On Monday night time, the Nigeria Centre for Illness Management (NCDC), introduced 195 new instances within the nation.

The instances have been from 11 states: Enugu (51), Gombe (40), Lagos (39), Plateau (23), FCT (15), Rivers (12), Kaduna (8), Ondo (3), Bauchi (2), Edo (1) and Ogun (1).

It introduced the whole to 57,437.

Of that quantity, 48,674 instances have been discharged and 1,100 deaths have been recorded.

The index COVID-19 case in Nigeria was recorded in February 2020, when an Italian man examined constructive in Lagos state.
