An ex-convict, Saheed Isola, 40, has been sentenced to 12 months imprisonment by an Osogbo Magistrates’ Courtroom for stealing block mould.
In keeping with the Police prosecutor, ASP Abiodun Fagboyinbo, the convict dedicated the offence on October 14, 2020 round 5:00am at Lameco space in Osogbo.
The Prosecutor advised the court docket that the convict unlawfully entered a store and stole 9 inches block mould valued N40,000 and 6 inches block mould valued N30,000 whole sum of N70,000 property of 1 Moshood Ishola.
He mentioned the offence dedicated was opposite to and punishable beneath Part 413 of the Felony Code Cap 34 Vol ll Legislation of Osun State 2020.
The convict who had no authorized illustration pleaded responsible to the offence slammed in opposition to him.
It was gathered that Isola had been convicted in 2019 for stealing and was sentenced to neighborhood service through which the convict confirmed that he’s ex-convict.
