Baba defined that the CBN, by means of the Bankers’ Committee, would solely renovate the theatre advanced and hand it over to the Federal Authorities.
He said this throughout an interview with NAN on his expertise because the Performing Basic Supervisor of the theatre.

Baba famous that the official handover to the CBN and Bankers’ Committee for the renovation was held in July.

“We have to make it clear as soon as once more and for higher understanding that CBN shouldn’t be taking on the Nationwide Theatre.”
He expressed optimism that the glory of the edifice can be restored and it could stay Nigeria’s satisfaction whereas retaining its place as the first centre for performing arts because it was within the late 70s and 80s.
