BREAKING: We didn’t arrest Magu – DSS

The Division for State Safety (DSS) on Monday denied media stories of the arrest of appearing Financial Monetary and Crimes Fee (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu.
In a press release by its Public Relations Officer, Peter Afunanya, the DSS stated: “The Division of State Companies (DSS) needs to tell the general public that it didn’t arrest Ibrahim MAGU, Appearing Chairman of the Financial and Monetary Crimes Fee (EFCC) as has been reported by sections of the media.
“The Service, has since, right now, sixth July, 2020, been inundated with enquiries over the alleged arrest.”
Magu is present process questioning on the Presidential Villa by a probe panel over allegation diversion of looted funds and property.
