The Nationwide Examination Council (NECO) has mentioned 233,000 candidates would write the examination in February.
NECO mentioned candidates who couldn’t write the examinations as a result of Finish SARS disaster will take it alongside as exterior candidates.

Talking with Information Company of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja on Wednesday, Sani mentioned that the Council Registrar, Prof. Godswill Obioma, whereas asserting the 2020 outcomes, mentioned that 12 states have been disrupted through the conduct of the examinations on account of the results of COVID-19 pandemic and the Finish SARS protests.
Sani mentioned that the affected candidates would now sit for these papers missed through the forthcoming SSCE (Exterior) scheduled to carry between Feb. 1 and March 3.
