Lagos State Authorities has cancelled the 2018 land use cost and reverted to pre-2018 land use prices.
The Authorities introduced this at an ongoing press briefing by Commissioner for Finance, Dr. Rabiu Olowo.
The federal government additionally waived penalties for land use cost for 2017, 2018 and 2019, which in keeping with the Commissioner interprets to a lack of income amounting to N5.6bn.
