A Deputy Commandant Basic of Nigeria Safety and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Hilary Kelechi Madu, has been appointed Appearing Commandant Basic of the corps.
Madu took over from the previous CG, Abdullahi Gana, whose prolonged tenure of six months expired right now January 18.
