Boko Haram sect has Christians, white men, Asians as members – Borno gov, Zulum

Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State, has stated some Boko Haram members are Christians, Muslims, white males and Asians.

Zulum spoke throughout the seventeenth Chief Gani Fawehinmi Annual Lecture organised by the Nigerian Bar Affiliation in Ikeja, Lagos State, over the weekend.

The governor stated Nigerians ought to see insurgency as a common problem and never only a Northeast downside alone.

Zulum stated terrorism and banditry are as a result of excessive price of unemployment, poverty, drug abuse and nepotism.

Zulum stated: “I’m from Borno State and lots of of our youngsters are in Boko Haram.

“I’m not denying the actual fact. However once more, they’re being sponsored by many individuals internationally.
