Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, has introduced the suspension of the Emir of Misau, Alhaji Ahmed Suleiman, following the disaster that occurred in Hardawa ward in Misau Native Authorities Space of the state which led to the demise of 9 folks.
Suspended alongside the Emir are the District Head of Chiromah and Village Head of Zadawa or his consultant.
Recall that 9 folks had been killed and a number of other others injured on Monday following the disaster that erupted between herders and Fulani farmers in Zadawa village in Misau LGA of Bauchi State.
A number of others sustained various levels of accidents.
The governor had, on Tuesday, suspended the Caretaker Chairman of Misau LGA, Yaro Gwaram.
Suspended together with him are his deputy, Baidu Kafin-Misau and his Secretary, Usman Abdu.
The conflict was over possession of land within the surrounding settlement the place herders are situated and have been grazing for a number of years though the land belongs to the federal government.
The land was to be transformed to farming land by the native authorities, a growth that didn’t go down effectively with the herders.
