The Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano has described former Secretary-Basic of the Commonwealth of Nations, Chief Emeka Anyaoku as Anambra’s present to the world.
Obiano acknowledged this in a press launch signed by the state commissioner for Data and Public Enlightenment, Mr C. Don Adinuba to want him a cheerful 88th birthday celebration.
