Airstrikes destroy Boko Haram Commanders’ houses in Borno

Buildings housing Boko Haram Commanders in Parisu and Bula Bello in Sambisa forest space of Borno State have been destroyed by airstrikes performed by the Air Process Drive of the Operation Lafiya Dole, The Nation has learnt.

In accordance with a press release by the Coordinator Defence Media Operations, Main Common John Enenche, the well-fortified buildings hidden underneath forest vegetation, served as stronghold for Boko Haram Commanders.

It disclosed that the air interdiction was carried out after “current aerial surveillance missions confirmed elevated actions of terrorists in a cluster of buildings in the course of Bulla Bello”.
