SEVENTEEN individuals reportedly burnt to loss of life on Wednesday the place a petroleum tanker fell and exploded into flames close to Koko Junction on the Benin/Sapele Expressway in Ethiope West council space of Delta State. 4 autos have been burnt within the incident.
